Course Information and Map

Courses are subject to change to accomodate runners. These are USATF sanctioned events and the courses are certified. The events will take place RAIN OR SHINE - NO REFUNDS. There will be a brief pre-race meeting prior to the start of each event. The runs are mostly flat on newly paved asphalt trails and some roads within the parks.. There may be some pedestrian traffic. Stay aware. There will be a water station at the halfway point (turn around) along with a time clock for splits. Water and Sports Drink available at the finish.
